On June 14, at the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center, Labor and Trade Union Magazine coordinated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Lak province and the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation to organize the 2024 Job Fair.
This is a meaningful and practical activity towards the 120th anniversary of the founding of Dak Lak province (November 22, 1904 - November 22, 2024) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).

Attending the festival were Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee H'Yim Kđoh; Editor-in-Chief of Labor and Trade Union Magazine Tran Duy Phuong; Director of Dak Lak Provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Hoang Giang; Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation Le Van Thanh and representatives of units, businesses and workers in the area.

Speaking at the Festival, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee H'Yim Kđoh said that Dak Lak is a province with an abundant labor force, accounting for 58.74% of the province's population. In recent times, the work of "employment settlement" has been given special attention by the Party Committee and authorities at all levels of the province and identified as one of the important and top priority tasks in the province's socio -economic development. Organizing the 2024 Job Fair will be a good opportunity for recruitment units to select suitable labor force for their needs and job positions, while contributing to helping Dak Lak province continue to implement the target of creating jobs for 150,000 workers in the 2021-2025 period.

The 2024 Job Fair has the theme "Job Connection - Career Orientation - Firm Steps for the Future" with the participation of more than 1,000 workers, students, and pupils... in the province; 30 enterprises, units, and vocational training facilities with 10,000 recruitment and enrollment positions in many fields and professions domestically and abroad (labor export to Japan, Korea, Taiwan (China), Australia, Germany...; job connection with Job Service Centers of provinces and cities nationwide.
The Organizing Committee presented flowers to businesses and sponsors participating in the Festival.
Accordingly, units and businesses recruit production workers, beauty technicians, spa technicians, medical staff, bartenders, waiters, sales consultants, machine operators, accountants, managers, marketers, etc. Of which, the largest production worker quota is 5,000 people.
Workers are consulted and introduced to jobs for free.
Participating in the Festival, workers were provided with information on recruitment needs inside and outside the province, labor export, helping workers have the opportunity to find jobs suitable to their abilities and qualifications; contributing to reducing unemployment rate, developing the economy and stabilizing security, politics, and social order and safety in the locality.
In addition, workers are consulted and introduced to jobs completely free of charge; can participate in the Mini game "Understanding finance" and the program "Lucky draw - Receive gifts immediately".

On this occasion, Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation presented 50 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances in the area.
