The Provincial People's Council has passed 16 important resolutions related to groups of contents on policies, budget expenditure norms; on the implementation of national target programs in the province and policies on converting forest use purposes to other purposes to implement projects according to the provisions of law.

In particular, the resolution "Regulating policies to support the implementation of population resettlement in disaster-prone areas, especially difficult areas, border areas, free migration areas, and special-use forests in the province in the period of 2025-2030" was passed to promptly support people living in the above-mentioned areas to proactively implement measures to prevent and combat natural disasters, relocate and relocate residents, contributing to minimizing damage to people's lives and property.

According to the resolution, the support policy is in two forms: interlacing and on-site stabilization. For the interlacing form: support for creating housing land up to 44 million VND/household, support for building new houses 60 million VND/household, building septic tanks 5 million VND/household, support 3 million VND/household to create a source of domestic water or purchase water storage equipment.

For on-site stabilization: for households in areas at risk of natural disasters but with no more resettlement land fund, the maximum support level is 30 million VND/household to upgrade housing and disaster prevention and control equipment.

Funding sources for implementation come from the State budget (Central and local), and are integrated with other programs, projects and legal capital sources.

The resolutions passed closely followed the policies of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, continuing to concretize the Central Government's documents into the actual conditions of the locality for timely implementation, meeting the requirements of directing and managing socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the province in 2025 and the following years.

Immediately after the Session, the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee, all levels, branches, localities and units, according to their assigned functions, tasks and powers, to focus on organizing and implementing with a proactive, creative, determined, drastic and synchronous spirit of solutions to ensure that the resolutions come into life and achieve practical results.
