Frost appeared in Sa Phin commune, Tuyen Quang province on the morning of November 29.

Accordingly, the temperature in communes of the Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark such as Sa Phin, Lung Cu, and Son Vi dropped from -1 to 3 degrees Celsius.

Due to low temperatures, ice has covered mountain slopes and fields in some localities, affecting people's lives as well as crops and livestock.

However, the frost that appeared in the highland communes during the Buckwheat Flower Festival was also a memorable experience for domestic and foreign tourists.
