The Provincial People's Committee listened to a report on the preparations for the opening ceremony of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Anh Chuc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a speech at the conference.

Due to weather conditions, the Opening Ceremony of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025 and the "Brilliant Ha Nam" Art Program scheduled to be held on the evening of May 10 had to be adjusted to 8:10 p.m. on May 12. The program was broadcast live on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television; Ha Nam Newspaper rebroadcast and streamed online on the newspaper's digital platforms. At the same time, Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio-Television Station, Nam Dinh Newspaper also rebroadcast the program on local television channels.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism spoke about the propaganda work for the event.

At the conference, representatives of the units reported on a number of changes in program organization, propaganda work, event organization time on press and social media platforms to all people inside and outside the province; conditions to ensure high-altitude fireworks display to celebrate the event; plans to ensure transmission signals, power supply; ensure security, safety, fire prevention, etc.

Representatives of the Provincial Military Command reported on preparations for the high-altitude fireworks display.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Chuc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The program is organized on a large scale, attracting a large number of people and tourists to follow, so ensuring absolute safety for the event needs to be given special attention.

Representative of Ha Nam Newspaper leadership expressed his opinion on the program's rebroadcasting work.

He requested that units coordinate closely in preparation work, develop detailed plans to ensure safety for delegates and people, especially security and order, traffic safety and order before, during and after the event; provide electricity, transmission signals, environmental sanitation, landscape decoration... so that the program can take place safely and successfully.
