Provincial People's Committee periodically receives citizens in June 2025

Today, June 25, Chief Inspector of the province Nguyen Tri Kien chaired the regular citizen reception session for June 2025 under the authorization of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Attending the citizen reception session were leaders of departments, branches, and sectors; leaders of districts, towns, and cities where citizens came to reflect and make recommendations.

At the meeting, 20 citizens registered to reflect and make recommendations, related to 14 cases and matters, including many new recommendations being reflected for the first time.

The recommendations are mostly related to land such as slow issuance of land use right certificates, state management of land at local level, compensation for site clearance, land disputes between households and organizations... In addition, there are some recommendations related to the implementation of regimes and policies for people with meritorious services.

At the citizen reception, Chief Inspector Nguyen Tri Kien acknowledged the citizens' legitimate recommendations and requested leaders of departments, branches and localities to report in detail the inspection and review process for each specific case. Continue to verify and review new details and advise competent authorities to handle them thoroughly.

For newly arising cases, leaders of departments, branches and localities are required to receive and handle them within the time limit prescribed by law and report in writing to the Provincial People's Committee on the handling process.

In addition, the Department of Justice is requested to direct the Provincial Legal Aid Center to provide procedural guidance for citizens to exercise their rights to file lawsuits, complaints and denunciations in accordance with the law, ensuring citizens' rights.
