Applications are deployed synchronously, such as: SCADA system application to monitor and automatically control water pressure on the operating system network via the internet; investing in building a Lab and registering for ISO 17205 certification to analyze quality, ensuring safe control of water quality; installing online equipment to automatically test water quality for continuous monitoring at factories and on water supply pipelines has brought about clear results in controlling quality and reducing water loss rate.

Mr. Do Quang Phuong, Head of Quality Management Department, shared: The SCADA central control system helps operators directly monitor 24/7 operating parameters, water quality, and safety control. All indicators and water samples of each stage are taken in real time, ensuring that the water after being treated meets the standards according to Circular No. 41/2018/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health , with turbidity from 0.3-1.3 NTU; chlorine content 0.5-1 mg/liter.

Digital transformation in production, business, improving customer service quality, the Company also installs electronic meters, locks water meter numbers of customers' households by smartphone, connects with customer management system, helps with statistics, data retrieval to serve analysis of reports, respond to customer requests quickly and conveniently. At the same time, using electronic invoice service, customers pay water bills through bank accounts, through electronic wallets.

Mr. Pham Phuong Dong, Head of Customer Management Department, informed: The company is currently cooperating with 7 commercial banks and 6 e-wallets, such as VNPay, MOMO, VNPT, Viettel, Payoo and Post Office , helping about 60% of customers use payment services via accounts quickly and conveniently.

Thuan Chau - Quynh Nhai Water Supply Branch is responsible for managing and supplying domestic water to serve economic and social development and water needs of residents, with a total of more than 5,200 customer households. Of which, Thuan Chau Water Supply Plant has a water supply capacity of nearly 660,000 m³/year; Quynh Nhai Water Supply Plant has a capacity of 484,000 m³/year.
