At the general rehearsal for the parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd this morning, many people could not help but admire the power emanating from the weapons and equipment of the Vietnam People's Army.

Among the military and special vehicles, we must mention the appearance of tanks participating in this parade, such as the T-54B and T-55 tanks. These are vehicles that have been completely upgraded, bearing the appearance of solid "steel fortresses".

Equipped with a powerful 100mm main gun, combined with a powerful anti-aircraft machine gun system and coaxial machine gun, the T-54B and T-55 tanks have a crew of 4 operating smoothly, converging overwhelming firepower, flexible mobility and outstanding defense capabilities.

The armored vehicle block researched and manufactured by Vietnam includes the XCB-01 infantry fighting vehicle, a tracked armored vehicle equipped with a 73mm smoothbore cannon, a 7.62mm heavy machine gun, a B72 anti-tank missile and a 12.7mm anti-aircraft gun.

The crew of 3 and 8 soldiers are ready for combat missions.

Along with that, the XTC-02 combat vehicle - a wheeled armored vehicle is also a vehicle manufactured in Vietnam, equipped with a 12.7mm anti-aircraft machine gun and a 7.62mm heavy machine gun. The vehicle's crew consists of 3 people and 9 soldiers, ready to fight according to mission requirements.

These modern combat vehicles have undergone training and exercises, achieving excellent results, contributing to enhancing the combat strength of the entire army; they are strong evidence for the great progress of the Vietnamese defense industry, "self-reliant, modern, dual-purpose".

Also appearing at the parade was the BM-21 rocket artillery formation - a mobile, flexible, improved self-propelled multiple launch rocket with great power and outstanding range.

The complex is responsible for observing the sea surface, collecting and processing information, directing targets; selecting targets to destroy and carrying out missile strikes in modern combat conditions.

In addition, the Vietnamese defense industry also launched the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Complex, including reconnaissance UAVs that detect and identify targets with high precision day and night, along with tactical combat UAVs capable of effectively attacking ground targets such as infantry and light vehicles.
