Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son offers incense at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield

On the afternoon of June 29, 2025, the working delegation led by Comrade Bui Thanh Son, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, offered incense and flowers to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield.

On the occasion of the working trip to announce the Resolution and Decision of the Central and the province on personnel work, establishment of communes and wards in Dien Bien province. The working delegation led by Comrade Bui Thanh Son, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs , paid tribute at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield.

On the side of Dien Bien province, welcoming the delegation and attending the incense offering ceremony were comrade Tran Quoc Cuong - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam , Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee. Comrade Le Thanh Do - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of the People's Council, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; representatives of the provincial departments and branches.

In a solemn atmosphere, Comrade Bui Thanh Son, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense, respectfully expressed gratitude and paid tribute to General Vo Nguyen Giap, along with cadres, soldiers, youth volunteers, frontline workers; soldiers and civilians who heroically fought and sacrificed to create the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

In front of the heroic martyrs, the delegation vows to live, fight and study following the example of the great President Ho Chi Minh; continue to promote the fine tradition of heroic Dien Bien Phu, and strive with the entire Party, army and people to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country./.
