Bac Giang litchi participates in the "Fruit Festival - 3rd time in 2025" in Tien Giang province

BAC GIANG - On the evening of May 29, at GO! My Tho Trade Center, My Tho city (Tien Giang), Tien Giang Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with Central Retail Vietnam Group to organize the opening ceremony of the "Fruit Festival - 3rd time in 2025".

This is the third time this event has been held, attracting the participation of nearly 43 enterprises, cooperatives and large fruit granaries from the provinces: Tien Giang, Son La, Bac Giang , Long An, Dong Thap, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh...

The festival introduces specialty fruits such as: lychee, durian, dragon fruit, orange, mango, rambutan, star apple, mangosteen, coconut, watermelon, cantaloupe, cherry, custard apple, orange, guava, green-skinned grapefruit, pineapple...

Mr. Nguy Dinh Nghia, Director of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion, Department of Industry and Trade of Bac Giang province, said that attending the festival, Bac Giang province has 2 booths displaying, introducing, promoting and selling products with more than 20 types of OCOP products, key products of the province such as: fresh lychee, dried lychee, products processed from lychee, golden flower tea, Ban Ven tea, cordyceps, Chu rice noodles, honey...

During the opening ceremony and the events within the festival, many tourists came to visit, enjoy and buy products at the exhibition booths of Bac Giang province.

Thereby, spreading the potential, strengths, economic , cultural and social achievements of the province; is an opportunity for enterprises and cooperatives to meet, exchange, seek investment cooperation opportunities; at the same time introduce and promote the brand and products of Bac Giang province to enterprises, consumers in the Southern region and the Southern provinces as well as international friends.

The main activities of this year's fruit festival include: Supply and demand connection program, durian buffet, organizing product display booths... at GO! My Tho and GO! supermarket system of Central Retail Group nationwide. Thereby, creating a space for exchange, learning, sharing and cooperation, contributing to stimulating the consumption of Tien Giang fruits in particular and the whole country in general.
