Na Ri Commune (before the arrangement, including Yen Lac town and Son Thanh and Kim Lu communes) organized the 1st Party Executive Committee Conference, 1st term, 2025-2030 term, organized the 1st Session of the People's Council, the first meeting of the People's Committee and the Commune Fatherland Front Committee; tested the operation of the Public Administration Service Center.
The first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of Na Ri commune thoroughly grasped the documents of the Central and the province. Announced the decisions to establish the Party Committee of the commune, the decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee of the commune, the Inspection Committee. Discussed and approved the Working Regulations, the first Resolution, the first term of the Party Executive Committee of the commune, term 2025-2030.
The first session of the People's Council of Na Ri commune (new) reviewed the following contents: Draft report of the Standing Committee of the People's Council on the establishment of committees of the People's Council, draft resolution on the establishment of specialized agencies under the People's Committee, implementation of procedures and work related to the organization, apparatus, and staff of the People's Council, People's Committee, and the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; held the first meeting to deploy work contents according to procedures and regulations for the newly established apparatus.
Na Ri Commune Public Administration Service Center was also put into trial operation, immediately performing the task of receiving and processing administrative procedure records for people, ensuring smooth, continuous, and uninterrupted service.
Speaking at the meeting to draw lessons learned, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts in preparing and organizing the trial operation of the new Na Ri commune apparatus in a short time. He assessed that the 4 conferences were organized in accordance with the process and basically met the requirements. Based on the experiences drawn and the opinions discussed by the delegates, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Na Ri district and the leaders of the new communes to adjust some contents and order of organizing conferences to comply with regulations and suit the actual situation.
There is not much time left to finish the district-level administrative unit and officially put the new commune-level apparatus into operation, so Na Ri district and the new communes must organize a trial operation, which must be completed by June 19 at the latest. The trial operation must be serious, of high quality, and close to reality so that the new apparatus can operate smoothly, effectively, efficiently, and without interruption from July 1.
Na Ri commune was established on the basis of merging Son Thanh and Kim Lu communes and Yen Lac town (Na Ri) according to Resolution No. 1683/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, with a total natural area of 112.73km2 , a population of 11,494 people, and its headquarters is located in Yen Lac town at present./.
