Operating the new citizen reception office

(HG) - The People's Committee of Long My district has organized the operation of a new citizen reception office. The office is built on an area of ​​about ^1,600m2 , of which ^300m2 is for the reception and result delivery department; the total construction cost is more than 11 billion VND. At the reception and result delivery department, the district has arranged 12 counters applying modern and smart technology, helping to resolve and look up administrative procedures quickly and conveniently.

Long My District has publicly listed 274 district-level administrative procedures and 141 commune-level procedures. Since the beginning of the year, the District People's Committee has received 1,735 administrative procedures, with the rate of early and timely settlement reaching 99%. To improve the administrative reform index and improve the business environment, this year the district has promoted the implementation of the administrative reform program associated with e-government and digital transformation, issuing policies to encourage people and businesses to use digital transformation services for non-cash payments.
