Located about 40 km northwest of Hanoi city center, Non Nuoc Soc Son Pagoda (Phu Linh commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi) with its ancient architectural style bears a strong historical mark and captivating ancient beauty.

The temple was established a long time ago, according to the documents Thien Uyen Tap Anh and Dai Viet Su Ky Toan Thu, the first abbot of the temple was Ngo Chan Luu (933 - 1011) and a descendant of Ngo Quyen. In 971, he was given the title Khuong Viet Quoc Su by King Dinh Tien Hoang - the first Zen master to be awarded the title Quoc Su.
And it was also Khuong Viet National Master and Van Hanh Zen Master who helped Ly Cong Uan ascend the throne. Khuong Viet National Master became the National Master of Vietnam during the three dynasties of Vietnam: Dinh - Le - Ly.
On both sides of the entrance to the temple are the Quoc Tu Temple Bell and the Minh Cong Duc Stele of Non Nuoc Temple.
The main shrine area in the pagoda is the main hall, located prominently in the middle of Non Nuoc Pagoda. This area has a total area of 260 m2 with a height of about 14 m.
