According to Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott), in the drawing session at the end of June 17, a Power 6/55 lottery ticket won the Jackpot 2 prize worth more than 4 billion VND.
The lucky lottery ticket that won Jackpot 2 had 5 pairs of numbers that matched 5 out of 6 pairs of numbers from Jackpot 1, including 07-13-18-22-32-44 and one number that matched the special number 43.
According to regulations, the owner of the Jackpot 2 winning ticket must pay 10% personal income tax (nearly 400 million VND).
Previously, on June 12 and 14, four Power 6/55 lottery tickets of Vietlott also won Jackpot 2 with a total value of more than 10.7 billion VND.
Thus, in just 3 consecutive draws, Vietlott's Power 6/55 lottery has had a total of 5 tickets winning Jackpot 2 with a value of more than 14.7 billion VND.
According to the lottery business, recently, when the Jackpot 1 prize of the Power 6/55 lottery has not been won by anyone, the cumulative value of these prizes has increased very high, stimulating people to buy more tickets. From there, the number of tickets issued is large, leading to a high probability of winning the Jackpot 2 prize.
