Happy School – Education Innovation with UNESCO Guarantee
The project "Building Happy Schools to Contribute to Educational Innovation and Sustainable Development in Vietnam" aims to build a national standards framework for a positive and comprehensive school environment, based on UNESCO's global "Happy Schools" framework.
The pilot phase will be implemented in at least 20 schools across all three regions, with the Victoria School System acting as a strategic partner, bringing global education theory into practice in Vietnam.
Participating schools, including Victoria School, will incorporate local cultural elements, build green, safe and humane learning environments, and focus on the mental health and well-being of students, teachers and the school community.
The project will work closely with the Ministry of Education and Training to develop policies that aim to consider happiness as both a means and a goal of quality education.
Victoria School – A model of "Happy School" and a pioneer in integrated arts education

The work combines the quintessence of Vietnamese culture with modern Broadway stage, performed entirely in English, marking the first time a school musical has participated in a major international event, affirming the integration and creativity of the young generation of Vietnam.
Pioneering the replication of the Happy School model in Vietnam
As a strategic partner of UNESCO, Victoria School not only pioneers in implementing the “Happy School” model at its facilities, but also plays a bridge role in bringing global educational theory into Vietnamese practice.
The school's teaching staff will participate in intensive training programs coordinated by UNESCO, and contribute practical content to the project's toolkit and monitoring framework, supporting the model's replication nationally.
