According to experts, this Han Nom document repository is very rich, diverse and has high value for research work. Most of the document units are nearly 100 years old, many documents are unique and not available elsewhere such as the list of Han Nom customs and village rules of villages and communes across the country.

At the workshop, many research groups were also formed to cooperate, exploit and promote the Han Nom archives kept at the Institute of Social Science Information in particular and in the world in general.
