Vietnam leads 'upward trajectory' in workplace satisfaction in Asia

According to Intellect's April report, workplace satisfaction is on an "upward trajectory" across the Asia- Pacific region, with Vietnam leading the way with a score of 65.09.

According to a report by Asia’s largest mental health company Intellect in April 2024, workplace satisfaction is on an “upward trajectory” across the Asia- Pacific region, with Vietnam leading the way with 65.09 points. Thailand is the second country with 65.01 points, followed by the Philippines with 64.44 points and Malaysia with 64.22 points. Singapore, Japan, China and Indonesia are the next countries on the list, with scores above 63./.
