Vietnam and the Russian Federation strengthen cooperation in art training

VHO - Recently, in Hanoi, the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between the Russian University of Contemporary Art and art training institutions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism took place. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong attended the ceremony.

The signing ceremony took place under the witness of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong and Director of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Hanoi Vladimir Murashkin.

The Russian University of Contemporary Arts has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in training and scientific research with three leading art training institutions in Vietnam: Vietnam Dance Academy, Hanoi Academy of Theatre and Cinema and Vietnam Circus and Variety Arts College.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation has marked a new development step in the art training cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation. Because the Russian Federation is a country with a long tradition and a strong foundation in the field of art.

According to the content of the Memorandum of Understanding, the parties will promote cooperation in training, fostering, and exchanging lecturers and students; cooperate in scientific research and organize art exchange programs.

This is considered an opportunity to expand the learning, creative and international integration environment for lecturers, artists and students studying at 3 art training schools under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, while contributing to improving the quality of professional training in a modern direction, approaching international standards.

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation marks a new development step in cultural and artistic training in Vietnam.

Cooperation will be implemented through many forms such as: sending Russian lecturers and experts to Vietnam to exchange expertise, teach, and provide practical guidance; inviting Vietnamese lecturers to Russia to study and improve their qualifications; short-term and long-term student exchanges...

In addition, the parties will research and develop short-term training programs, cooperation programs, scholarship programs for Vietnamese students, etc.

The Memorandum of Understanding not only affirms the friendly cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation in the field of culture and arts, but also opens up prospects for developing high-quality creative human resources, towards deep integration with international artistic life in the future.
