Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Bac Lieu Branch ( VietinBank Bac Lieu) announces the auction of liquidation of fixed assets of the Branch (2nd time).

The information is as follows:

1. Property auction organization: Bac Lieu Province Property Auction Service Center; address: 6 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Ward 1, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province.

2. Organization with assets for auction: VietinBank Bac Lieu; address: No. 1 Hai Ba Trung, Ward 3, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province.

3. Auctioned assets:

- 5-seat car, TOYOTA brand; license plate 94A-000.68; Paint color: Black; model number COROLLA ZRE143L-GEXVKH; engine number 3ZR-X076208; frame number RL4BL42E-5B2010774; year, country of manufacture: 2011, Vietnam; fuel: Gasoline; engine displacement: 1,987cm3.

- Current status: At the time of valuation, the car engine was running normally, the tires were worn, the body and frame were rusty, the paint was peeling, and some parts needed to be maintained and replaced. The property is currently kept at VietinBank Bac Lieu; address: No. 1 Hai Ba Trung, Ward 3, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province.

- Origin: Car registration certificate No. 000003 dated April 2, 2011 of Bac Lieu Traffic Police Department.

4. Starting price (including VAT): VND 285,471,000 (In words: Two hundred eighty-five million, four hundred seventy-one thousand VND). Starting price does not include fees/costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of the property, registration fees and other fees/costs (if any) when purchasing the property, these fees/costs are borne by the auction winner.

5. Time and place to view assets: From December 16 , 2024 to 17:00 on December 20 , 2024 at the location where the assets are kept.
