VietinBank deploys credit package to support storm recovery

In order to promptly share difficulties and accompany people and businesses to overcome the severe consequences caused by storm No. 10 (Bualoi) and storm No. 11 (Matmo), VietinBank has launched a preferential credit package, with interest rates reduced by up to 2%/year compared to the normal lending floor.

The recent Typhoons No. 10 and 11 caused significant damage to lives and property in affected provinces and cities, greatly impacting people's lives as well as the production and business activities of enterprises. In the spirit of supporting customers in overcoming difficulties, VietinBank quickly reviewed and assessed the damage suffered by customers in the affected areas and promptly issued preferential credit packages to support customers in post-disaster reconstruction.

VietinBank is launching a preferential loan package with interest rates reduced by up to 2% per year compared to the standard lending rate.

Specifically, implemented from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, the credit package focuses on supporting the urgent needs of people and businesses to overcome the consequences of storms, such as repairing and rebuilding houses, restoring damaged production and business facilities, supplementing working capital, investing in machinery and equipment, and restoring production…

In particular, customers affected by typhoons No. 10 and 11 will enjoy preferential interest rates, reduced by up to 2% per year compared to the normal lending rate. At the same time, VietinBank has streamlined the approval and disbursement process, supporting customers in quickly accessing capital to restore production and stabilize their lives. VietinBank expects that the capital from this credit package will become a support system to help people and businesses recover quickly after the typhoons.
