During the meeting, voters expressed their joy at the results and decisions of the National Assembly at its Tenth Session.
Voters in Tan Nhuan Dong commune hope that the leaders of the commune's People's Committee and Dong Thap province will pay attention to investing in infrastructure, especially dikes to protect production areas. Currently, the situation of climate change is becoming increasingly unpredictable, significantly affecting the lives, livestock farming, and crop cultivation of the people.
Regarding climate change, voter Phan Thanh Hai (An Hoa hamlet) suggested that the National Assembly pay attention to this issue, given its severe impacts on the Mekong Delta. He requested that the National Assembly consider allocating funds for localities to build infrastructure to adapt to climate change, especially to address landslides, helping people feel secure in their production and stabilize their lives.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly expressed his hope that the people of Dong Thap would continue to change their mindset and approach, focusing on linking associations, neighborhoods, hamlets, and groups to work together in green and clean agriculture; avoiding the overuse of pesticides, thereby protecting their families' health and building a brand of safe agricultural products that can be sold at high prices.

Regarding voters' opinions on the elderly and those who have rendered meritorious services, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly acknowledged them and stated that this is a major policy of the Party and the State, with many policies supporting these groups. The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested local leaders to take note of and investigate these issues, ensuring that all policies are fully implemented for the people.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly emphasized that, within the two-tiered local government system, the commune-level government is not the lowest level but the closest to the people. Therefore, commune leaders need to proactively reach out to the people, and the people should confidently approach officials, working together in unity to build their commune, their "common home," into a better place.
