VietinBank would like to invite contractors with sufficient capacity, experience and interest in providing the above services to attend and seek information.
The information is as follows:
1. Package name: HP server maintenance for Email - 3 years .
2. Deployment location: Data Center 108 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi City and Hoa Lac Data Center of VietinBank.
3. Total purchase value: 3,660,800,000 VND (In words: Three billion six hundred sixty million eight hundred thousand VND). The above price includes 10% VAT and related taxes and fees, the system maintenance service meets VietinBank's technical requirements.
4. Source of capital: VietinBank's capital expenditure.
5. Contract type: Lump sum.
6. Time and place of issuance of required documents:
- Free release request file.
- Time: From 8:30 a.m. on December 31, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
- Place of issuance of request documents: Group of Experts in purchasing goods and services in the field of information technology hardware; address: 2nd Floor , 55 Ba Trieu, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.
7. Time and place for receiving proposal documents:
- Time: From 8:30 a.m. on January 8, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
- Place to receive proposal documents: Group of Experts in purchasing goods and services in the field of information technology hardware; address: 2nd Floor , 55 Ba Trieu, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.
VietinBank will receive and evaluate the proposals of the contractors in accordance with the regulations and will notify the selected contractor to implement the Package " HP Server Maintenance for Email - 3 years" to negotiate, complete and sign the contract.
