According to the announcement from the authorities, operations at Tan Son Nhat airport are restricted from 8:30 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. on March 27, 2025. Vietnam Airlines must adjust the schedule of flights to and from this airport.

Specifically, many flights arriving and departing from Tan Son Nhat airport during this time frame were directly affected. In addition, the chain effect also caused some other flights to be delayed or had to take off early. In addition, for operational reasons, Vietnam Airlines had to change the schedule of some flights arriving and departing from Con Dao airport on March 27 and 28, 2025.

Specifically, the airline will not operate 3 flights on March 27 and 3 flights on March 28 between Ho Chi Minh City and Con Dao. Vietnam Airlines has mobilized aircraft from other routes to increase at least 2 flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Con Dao on March 27.
