Identifying this as a big storm with complicated developments, even before the storm made landfall, Viettel Nghe An proactively deployed response plans.

Nearly 400 officers and employees of Viettel Nghe An force, along with 150 mobilized personnel, have been "hidden" at key broadcasting stations, ready to handle any incidents. At the same time, the unit has also prepared many modern means and equipment to respond to incidents. Nearly 150 vehicles, 200 generators, 600 suitcase batteries, 2 mobile vehicles, 8 satellite phones and 8 starlink devices have been mobilized by Viettel to serve timely rescue.

Thanks to careful preparation, even during the storm, Viettel still ensured connection for Nghe An Forward Command Center and commune government headquarters, effectively serving the work of directing disaster response.

Immediately after the storm weakened, Viettel continued to mobilize more than 350 personnel from many provinces and cities across the country to support, bringing the total number of incident handling forces in Nghe An to nearly 1,000 people . At the same time, Viettel also deployed a smart operating software system solution to monitor and operate incident handling activities promptly and quickly.

Sharing the difficulties with people in natural disasters, Viettel has implemented many support policies: Before the storm, it implemented a 50% discount on card top-up value for 1.5 million customers in Nghe An, directly affected by the storm. On the morning of August 27, Viettel also implemented a program to give away 50% of traffic to help customers maintain communication when registering for ST15K and 5G30 packages./.
