Vinachem honored and awarded 10 outstanding collectives and 20 individuals for their positive contributions to science and technology activities in the 2021-2025 period.

Promote the application of modern science and technology

On November 6, Vietnam Chemical Group (Vinachem) held a Conference to summarize science and technology activities, innovation and digital transformation in the period of 2021 - 2025, orientation for the period of 2026 - 2030 to summarize and evaluate the situation and achievements in the period of 2021 - 2025, and at the same time build development orientation for science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in the period of 2026 - 2030.

In order to concretize Resolution 57 , the Group and its member units have proactively carried out many practical activities to promote science and technology activities, innovation and digital transformation to meet the requirements of practice and integration.

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the Group has promoted research and application of modern technology in production and business, developed smart factory models, green growth and environmental protection. The unit has also proactively researched and successfully produced many important chemical products, owned hundreds of patents and useful solutions, and won many domestic and international science and technology awards.

10 outstanding groups with breakthroughs in science and technology were honored by Vinachem Group.

Honoring 10 outstanding groups and 20 individuals

In order to honor the positive contributions in science and technology activities, innovation and digital transformation of the group in the period of 2021-2025, Vinachem honored and awarded 10 outstanding groups and 20 individuals for their positive contributions to the overall development of the Group.

Specifically, the typical collectives include: Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company; Vietnam Apatit Company Limited; Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company; Southern Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company; LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company; Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemicals Joint Stock Company; Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry and other typical units and individuals.

Outstanding individuals with positive contributions to science and technology activities in the 2021-2025 period were awarded certificates of merit.

Recently, Apatit Vietnam Company Limited under Vinachem has carried out the project "Research on flotation of poor grade 3 apatite ore, poorer than the design at Tang Loong and Cam Duong processing plants". The solution won the second prize in the 7th Science and Technology Innovation Competition of Lao Cai province in 2021. At the same time, the scientific and technological product to serve the exploitation and effective processing of the company's type II apatite ore source has been exclusively registered at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Notably, Vinachem's companies operating in the fields of fertilizer production, basic chemicals , rubber, batteries, detergents, etc. have proactively innovated in many aspects of technology and equipment to save raw materials, energy, and reduce costs; invested in modern equipment and machinery to help automate production lines, improve labor productivity, and reduce human labor.

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry under the group has had 02 foreign Patents (US Patents issued by the United States Intellectual Property and Trademark Organization, works of the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry); 03 domestic Patents issued by the Department of Intellectual Property - Ministry of Science and Technology (works of the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry, including 01 invention co-owned with Vietnam Apatit Company Limited); 03 Utility Solution Patents issued by the Department of Intellectual Property - Ministry of Science and Technology and 04 Exclusive Product Trademarks (works of the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry) and many works have received noble domestic and international awards in science and technology.
