Vinh Loc: Simultaneously started construction of houses for people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives

Leaders and families in Vinh Loc town performed the groundbreaking ceremony to start building houses.

Of the 133 houses that have been built this time, 69 are new houses and 64 are being repaired with a total cost of 8 billion 80 million VND. Of which, the central budget is 6 billion 60 million VND (accounting for 75%); the source from Directive No. 22 of the Provincial Party Committee is 2 billion 20 million VND (accounting for 25%). With a support level of 80 million VND/household for new construction, 40 million VND/household for repair (the central budget supports 60 million VND/new house; 30 million VND/repaired house and from the funding source according to Directive No. 22-CT/TU supports 20 million VND/new house; 10 million VND/repaired house).

In addition to the hard support, Vinh Loc district continues to call for the whole society to join in supporting with the motto "whoever has something to contribute, whoever has merit contributes merit, whoever has property contributes property, whoever has a lot contributes a lot, whoever has little contributes a little", in order to mobilize maximum social resources.

During the construction process, local authorities mobilized forces and means and strictly implemented supervision so that when handed over to households, 100% of the houses ensured the quality according to the requirements. Vinh Loc district strives to complete the construction, repair, and settlement of payments before June 25, 2025.
