VNPT digitizes the entire operation of Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat Airport

VNPT Group accompanies Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) to realize the goal of bringing Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC) closer to becoming Asia's leading aviation center.

On April 19, Terminal 3 of Tan Son Nhat Airport, a national key project, officially came into operation with the goal of ensuring the digitalization of the entire operation journey and enhancing the digital experience for passengers. As the unit implementing the entire digital infrastructure system at Terminal 3, during the construction of Terminal 3, VNPT 's engineering team worked urgently and accurately to ensure the progress and quality of Terminal 3's items in accordance with the requirements of integrating modern and synchronous technology according to international standards.

When the first flights begin, Terminal T3 will have a modern digital infrastructure. Passengers will have their check-in time optimized and their digital experiences enhanced through advanced aviation technology applications on the digital infrastructure platform provided by VNPT Group.

Installed from the outside to the station, from the station to the service points inside such as ticket counters, check-in points, security cameras, shop houses, etc., the digital infrastructure provided by VNPT has enough capacity to meet 100% of connection needs, ensuring the smooth operation of the station management systems, as well as meeting the telecommunications service needs of staff and passengers.

VinaPhone 5G mobile waves are covered here, ensuring stable and smooth connections in all areas of the station. The mobile signal amplification system (IBS) ensures enhanced and optimized communication signal quality in special areas such as basements and crowded places.

Free WiFi and WiFi marketing systems provide convenient internet access for passengers, supporting service promotion campaigns to enhance user experience. In addition, VNPT also provides telecommunications infrastructure sharing solutions that allow other carriers to use the infrastructure, optimize costs and service quality, demonstrate VNPT's spirit of cooperation... ready for future expansion plans.

Accompanying ACV in the operation of Terminal T3, VNPT will continue to provide optimal digital solutions to ensure the highest quality of service, contributing to bringing Tan Son Nhat Airport closer to its goal of becoming Asia's leading aviation hub.

On April 19, Terminal T3 will be officially inaugurated. This is a meaningful event marking a strong development step in the strategy of modernizing and digitizing the national transport infrastructure and is also a special project to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). With that meaning, the inauguration ceremony of Terminal T3 will be broadcast live on VTV connecting over 60 points in 32 provinces and cities established by VNPT to contribute to spreading the image of key national projects to the public.

VNPT’s participation in the T3 terminal project and other key national projects is an important milestone, marking a step forward in realizing the goal of building a modern and sustainable digital infrastructure for Vietnam.
