The unit will prepare facilities and review human resources with master's degrees to be able to directly participate in teaching, and at the same time be ready to receive students to study and practice at VNPT Ho Chi Minh City. The Training & Science and Technology Department of the BCVT CN Academy in coordination with the Human Resources Department of VNPT Ho Chi Minh City is the focal point for implementing cooperation. The two sides agreed to cooperate in recruiting the first course from the 2024-2025 school year with a number of 40-50 students. In the immediate future, in the 2023-2024 school year, VNPT Ho Chi Minh City will support the reception of final-year IT students of the Academy for internships at the unit. Accordingly, the Student Affairs Department of the Academy will transfer information about final-year students to the Human Resources Department of VNPT Ho Chi Minh City for coordination. This is a practical and effective form of training coordination, ensuring that students quickly grasp the reality of the job, so that when they start working, they can immediately get into the swing of things.VNPT Ho Chi Minh City and the BCVT Technology Academy are preparing to enroll the first course to train IT human resources in the application direction.
