(Dan Tri) - Supermodel Vo Hoang Yen attracted attention when she appeared as the vedette (closing act), performing an elaborate wedding dress design by Do Manh Cuong.

Designer Do Manh Cuong has just introduced a wedding fashion collection called "From yes to forever", opening the Vietnam Wedding Fest 2025 event. With new designs, he continues to promote his strengths such as 3D floral printing, asymmetrical shaping techniques, and sophisticated tailoring to bring a youthful, trendy image to the bride.

The collection includes many designs of flared dresses with bustiers and off-the-shoulder designs to create a feminine, flowing look. 3D flowers continue to be the main highlight, along with soft fur material added to some designs, contributing to the softness while still ensuring visual impression.

With the bodycon dress line, Do Manh Cuong shows a wide range of creativity, from classic style with discreet long-sleeved dresses to modern, figure-hugging strapless dresses.

Nang Mo (Le Minh Tra My) appeared prominently in a design with a unique structure, shaped from large bows that created a strong stage effect.

An interesting highlight in the collection is the 3D floral crop top design combined with the skirt, creating a free and liberal image of the bride.

Do Manh Cuong also brought the vest shape into the wedding fashion line, by changing the cut and combining materials to create new shapes.

He also exploited some designs simulating the image of giant petals, creating a soft, airy and feminine feeling.

In addition, loose-fitting, curve-hiding designs are also included in the collection, attracting attention for their dynamic and unconventional look. Do Manh Cuong said he hopes that highly applicable outfits can also appear in the world of wedding fashion, thereby opening up more unique options for brides on their big day.

The Ao Dai, an indispensable costume in traditional Vietnamese weddings, was also introduced into the collection by the designer in a modern way. He refined the collar and shoulder, combining materials to create a modern look while still maintaining a solemn and elegant look.

The materials used in the collection are quite diverse, including chiffon, silk, brocade, taffeta... Do Manh Cuong combines one or more materials in the same design to create rich visual effects.

Supermodel Vo Hoang Yen took on the role of vedette (show-closing) for the performance, appearing in a rather heavy design but still walking lightly, gracefully and attractively.

During the show, Do Manh Cuong unexpectedly brought his 10 adopted children onto the catwalk. This was a rare occasion in the past few years that all the children appeared together on stage. The designer said that the children have now finished school and are preparing for summer vacation, so they have time to practice. Before deciding to let the children participate in the show, he also asked for their opinions and respected each child's choice.

First to appear are baby Nhim (Do Pham Hoang Phuc, 11 years old) and the youngest Thien Nga (3 years old). Nhim is the first child Do Manh Cuong adopted, early showing his passion for art and many times performing fashion shows. Meanwhile, Thien Nga is the youngest member, adopted by him in November 2022.

One of the faces that attracted attention was MyMy (Do Pham Ha My, 6 years old) - a girl who was trained in performing skills since she was young. On stage, MyMy confidently walked in a long dress, showing a feminine and sweet image.
