Diletta Leotta attracts attention with her hot body. |
After more than three and a half months on the sidelines with a calf injury, goalkeeper Loris Karius returned to goal in a friendly between Schalke and FC Twente (Netherlands), which ended in a 0-0 draw. In the stands, his wife - famous Italian TV presenter Diletta Leotta - became the center of attention when she came to cheer on her husband with their two-year-old daughter, Aria.
Not only was she present at the stadium, Leotta also attracted attention on social networks with a series of daring orange bikini photos taken during her trip to Germany. The moment she gave Karius a short kiss as he left the pitch at halftime made fans even more excited.
Sharing with BILD, Leotta expressed his pride: “I am very happy that Loris is back so quickly. It is great to have my family there to support me, even though it is not always possible, but every time it is, I feel very special. I will be back for a longer time for the first home game against Hertha Berlin.”
Previously, Karius had recounted an “unforgettable” memory when he first met his wife’s family in Catania (Sicily). Unfamiliar with the bustling atmosphere, the former Liverpool goalkeeper confessed that he had to “hide” in his room and lie on the bed to regain his composure.
“He didn’t understand Italian, heard people talking loudly and said to me: ‘I need a break!’ and ran up to his room and locked the door,” Leotta humorously shared on the Storie oltre le Stories podcast.
Karius, 32, is currently playing for Schalke and has been struggling to regain his top form since leaving Liverpool. He and Leotta married last year in a lavish ceremony at a five-star resort, with a wedding cake almost as tall as them, causing a stir in the European media.
The draw against FC Twente marked an important milestone in Karius's comeback journey, and also opened up expectations that the German goalkeeper will have a successful season with Schalke.
