Mr. Tran Qui Thanh's wife is the legal representative of Tan Hiep Phat.

Ms. Pham Thi Nu replaced Mr. Tran Qui Thanh as legal representative of Tan Hiep Phat Group from May 15.

According to the business registration of Tan Hiep Phat Trading - Service Company Limited (THP Group) updated on May 15, Mr. Tran Qui Thanh is no longer the legal representative of this company. Instead, Ms. Pham Thi Nu (born in 1957) - Mr. Thanh's wife - holds the position of General Director, legal representative of THP Group. The second legal representative of this company is Mr. David Riddle, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Pham Thi Nu is the co-founder of Tan Hiep Phat Group with Mr. Tran Qui Thanh. She is also one of the major shareholders in the businesses in the Tan Hiep Phat ecosystem.

Ms. Pham Thi Nu - wife of Mr. Tran Qui Thanh - became the legal representative of Tan Hiep Phat Group from May 15.

Previously, on April 11, Mr. Tran Qui Thanh, former General Director of Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group, and his two daughters, Tran Uyen Phuong and Tran Ngoc Bich, were prosecuted for the crime of Abuse of trust to appropriate property. In a statement issued the same day, Tan Hiep Phat said that it had appointed Mr. David Riddle to take on the role of General Director and legal representative of the company in place of Mr. Thanh.

Tan Hiep Phat said at the time that the prosecution of its leaders "certainly affects the company's operations." However, they affirmed that the transactions of the individuals involved in the incident were not related to the company's operations.

Established in 1994, Tan Hiep Phat is known as the largest non-alcoholic beverage producer with many different brands, ranging from bottled tea, energy drinks, winter melon juice to soy milk and some other product lines. However, almost all of this unit's revenue comes from a group of three main products: Zero Degree Green Tea, Dr Thanh Tea and Number One Energy Drink.

Tan Hiep Phat's ecosystem revolves around three main businesses: parent company Tan Hiep Phat Binh Duong , Number One Ha Nam and Number One Chu Lai. As a family company, Tan Hiep Phat's shareholders are members of Mr. Tran Qui Thanh's family.
