NDO - Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) has just announced to investors the schedule of working holidays and securities transaction settlement on the occasion of New Year's Day and holidays in 2025.
Specifically: Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3193/UBCK-PTTT dated May 31, 2023 of the State Securities Commission on the announcement of the 2025 trading holiday schedule, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces the working holiday and securities transaction settlement schedule for the New Year 2025, as follows:
VSDC will close on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 (according to Labor Law).
Securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycles made on December 30, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will be settled on January 2, 2025 and January 3, 2025, respectively; securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycles made on December 31, 2024 will be settled on February 2, 2025.
In addition, Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3193/UBCK-PTTT dated May 31, 2023 of the State Securities Commission on the announcement of the 2025 trading holiday schedule, Pursuant to the Labor Code No. 45/2019/QH14 dated November 20, 2019 of the National Assembly , the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) announces the 2025 securities transaction settlement holiday schedule as follows:

| Lunar New Year | From Monday, January 27, 2025 (December 28, 2024 Lunar calendar) to Friday, January 31, 2025 (the 3rd day of Lunar New Year), holidays according to the Labor Law. |
| Hung King's Commemoration Day (10th day of the 3rd lunar month) | Monday, April 7, 2025 |
| Liberation of the South April 30 and International Labor Day May 1 | From Wednesday, April 30, 2025 to Thursday, May 1, 2025 |
| National Day | Monday, September 1, 2025 and Tuesday, September 2, 2025 (1 day before) |
VSD respectfully informs Depository Members, Clearing Members, and Direct Account Opening Organizations and requests that Members notify investors of their working holiday schedule and payment schedule.
