According to the report, on May 24, at the meeting to evaluate and classify civil servants at the end of the 2024-2025 school year, there were 26 members including the board of directors, teachers, and staff of Duong Dong Kindergarten. When the meeting was about to end, the collective voted unanimously to dismiss Ms. NTBT and at the same time requested that superiors consider not letting her become the school's vice principal.
As soon as the meeting ended, Ms. T. showed signs of losing her temper, speaking loudly and not listening to anyone's explanation. After that, she deliberately made up stories and slandered teacher LTKD.
In fact, the group witnessed and confirmed that Ms. T. intentionally approached Ms. NTH (principal), pulled and pushed Ms. H. from behind towards Ms. D. Meanwhile, Ms. T. said "I beg you, please help me, someone is harming me", but her hands intentionally scratched Ms. H.'s back, causing her to cry for help and suffer red scratches on her back.
The school believes that Ms. T.'s actions were intended to make Ms. H. react, which would give Ms. T. an opportunity to say that Ms. H. hit her. However, Ms. H. did not make any gestures or actions, just shouted.
When she heard people shouting "Ms. H. get out of the way", Ms. D. turned around and saw Ms. T. pushing Ms. H., so she promptly intervened. Ms. D. used her right hand to push Ms. T.'s left shoulder. At this time, Ms. T. rushed over and scratched Ms. D.'s hand very aggressively.
While trying to stop her, Ms. T. did not fall or hit anything. Then, she deliberately shouted "Ms. D. hit". The incident lasted less than 5 seconds before some teachers intervened in time.
Ms. T. continued to cry, bang on the table, pull the window, call her family... The group of teachers determined that Ms. T. was still normal, so they dispersed and left to let the police come in and work with Ms. T. and her husband.
In addition, according to the school's report, this is not the first time Ms. T. has yelled, raised her voice and caused trouble in school.
Currently, the school is coordinating with Duong Dong Ward Police to verify and clarify the case of the vice principal accusing the teacher of beating him and requesting to notify the school of the results after verification.
As Thanh Nien reported, at the end of March, many clips appeared on Facebook recording images of some kindergarten teachers using their hands and objects to continuously impact children during class. The location of the incidents in the clips was later identified as Duong Dong Kindergarten (Duong Dong Ward, Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province). The clips also recorded the time of the incidents in February and March 2025.
Accordingly, there is a clip recording the image of a teacher making about 20 students sit with their arms crossed, their faces down on the table, forcing them to be quiet. When a child disobeyed, the teacher used a ruler to hit the table repeatedly to threaten them, and sometimes she used her hand to hit the children's heads to make them sit still.
In another clip, the teacher had the students line up in a U-shape to play a game. When a child was not concentrating, the teacher patted the child on the shoulder and then used her hand to pinch the child's ear. There was also a clip recording a teacher holding an electric mosquito racket and hitting the student's head when the student was not lining up properly. After verifying and clarifying, the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City issued a disciplinary decision to reprimand the principal, 1 vice principal and 4 teachers of this school.
