The General Science Library is one of the oldest libraries in Vietnam, established in 1868 as the Admiral's library. Through many ups and downs and changes, it was officially named the Ho Chi Minh City General Science Library on April 14, 1978.

Designer Vu Ngoc Tu said that choosing this location to hold the show was intended to incorporate cultural andeducational elements with high aesthetic value.

“This place has the tranquility of nature and the wisdom of people. The green color of the space makes me think a lot about youth, as well as the freshness of knowledge,” he shared. Previously, the design duo organized fashion shows in special places such as: Truong Lang (Hue Imperial City), Ho Chi Minh Museum, City Post Office , Hoi An Ancient Town, Saigon Railway Station, etc.

Supermodel Thanh Truc Truong - the show's catwalk director said the crew only had 24 hours to turn the space into a unique runway, without affecting the readers' schedules during the event.

The new show , called Happy Forever , is the next show in the series Glorious Youth - a long-term project by designers Vu Ngoc and Son.

The duo chose green as the main color, bringing youthfulness and optimism. Nearly 100 designs expressing the spirit of joie de vivre (joy of living) will be presented.

The designs with classic lines and styles are exploited on diverse materials. Besides feminine silk, luxurious brocade, unique organza… lace is also a highlight of the collection. The designer continues to exploit the technique of shape processing, combining embroidery, hand-sewn embellishment, 3D printing on high-quality materials.

“The cheerful green color is not only a beautiful color to start the new year, but also coincidentally the color of the Christmas season at the end of the year,” said designer Dinh Truong Tung. The motifs of this collection are dahlias and snakes - the mascot of the year of At Ty 2025.

The show was held on December 6, gathering 150 guests including singers, actors, beauty queens... with about 80 top models performing.
