The case of a female student kneeling down to "beg the teacher to forgive her": Due to ordering a birthday cake that was different from the homeroom teacher's wishes

On October 1, regarding the information and clip of a female student kneeling and crying to beg for forgiveness from her teacher at Da Phuc High School (Soc Son District), the Hanoi People's Committee requested the Departmentof Education and Training and the Soc Son District People's Committee to urgently verify and report to the Hanoi People's Committee.

According to the school's initial report, NTKC (born in 2006; class secretary) was assigned to order a birthday cake that was different from the agreement with homeroom teacher Nguyen Thi P. After the teacher and students discussed, Ms. P. told the students to stand at the classroom door. After that, 2 students brought a birthday cake back, but the teacher did not let them into the classroom so that student C. could deal with the cake she ordered.

After the class set up tables and chairs and prepared the food for the monthly birthday, the homeroom teacher walked outside the door and saw the students crying. Student C. saw the teacher coming out and knelt at the classroom door. Teacher P. told the student to stand up but the student did not stand up. Due to poor health, the student lay down at the classroom door, the teacher pulled the student's shirt improperly. Teacher P. confirmed that she handled the situation hastily, causing misunderstandings.

The school report said that student C. confirmed that he made many mistakes, and student C.'s father confirmed that his son was at fault. In addition, a male student confirmed that he recorded a clip from the teacher's podium and sent it to his classmates.

The school said it had decided to transfer the teaching of Civics and the homeroom teacher of class 12D4 from this female teacher to another teacher, and at the same time, she was no longer assigned to do school counseling work. The teacher also recognized the seriousness of the problem and agreed to the school's adjustment of the assignment of tasks.

When there is a conclusion from the police, the school will handle the individual's responsibility.

Previously, a clip of a 12th grade female student (Da Phuc High School, Soc Son District) kneeling and crying in front of the classroom door until she was exhausted and convulsing went viral on social media. A teacher then arrived and was said to have grabbed the student by the shirt and dragged her.

According to the clip, the female student was chased out into the hallway by the teacher, then knelt down and cried until she was exhausted. A female teacher then came out and continued to scold her, causing the female student to panic, hug her legs and continuously say "I'm sorry teacher, please forgive me".
