When they reach the shore, the boats are often assisted by beachgoers to pull them up to the beach. The nets are then spread out on large plastic sheets. If they encounter a fish stream, a boat can catch 100-150 kg. The harvested fish can be sold immediately to traders and tourists for about 20-25 thousand VND/kg.
Herring has good meat, can be used in many dishes, especially fried crispy, very delicious and nutritious.
