Young Vietnamese artists promote cultural industry in digital age
In the context of increasingly strong digital transformation, Vietnam's cultural industry is witnessing the rise of a generation of young artists, not only with artistic talent but also in the ability to fully exploit digital platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, TikTok.

Son Tung M-TP, an indispensable name when mentioning digital age artists, currently has more than 3 billion views on YouTube. MVs such as: Noi nay co anh, Lac troi, Hay trao cho anh all reached 200 - 350 million views, many times reaching the global trending list. Not only a singer, Son Tung is also a pioneer in the artist - businessman model with a methodical communication strategy, expanding his influence to the region.
From reality music competitions such as The Voice, Rap Viet, a series of outstanding young names have left a deep impression on the public. Duc Phuc - Champion of "The Voice Vietnam 2015" - currently owns a YouTube channel that has surpassed 1 billion views, with many MVs reaching tens of millions of views, such as "Em dong y" (59 million views), the most viewed song in 2023 in Vietnam on YouTube.
In the field of personality music, Truc Nhan and Erik are also two typical faces. Truc Nhan's MV "Sáng mắt chua?" surpassed 146 million views, while Erik's "Sau tat ca" reached 192 million views, becoming a social media phenomenon at one time. These artists are not only successful in music products, but also expand multi-platform promotional activities, combining livestream, brand and social networks.

In total, according to statistics from YouTube and media platforms, the above-mentioned young Vietnamese artists have contributed nearly 7 billion online views, not to mention the amount of content consumed on digital audio platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music or virality on TikTok. This is an impressive number, clearly demonstrating the central role of the young generation of artists in transforming traditional art and culture into a digital model, associated with new consumer trends and the global entertainment market.
In the strong wave of digital transformation, many young Vietnamese actors have been making a deep impression on cyberspace through outstanding roles in movies and television.
Outstanding actors in Tran Thanh's films such as: Tuan Tran with the role of Quan in "Bo Gia" won the Best Actor award at the 2021 Vietnam Film Festival and the 2021 Golden Kite. Song Luan with the role of Nhuan in "Nha Ba Nu" was nominated for Best Actor at the 2023 Golden Kite.
