The Commune People's Committee has directed the unit to be on duty and receive information on storm developments 24/7, promptly informing relevant units to implement; establishing disaster prevention and control teams in villages to proactively implement plan 4 on the spot.

The Commune People's Committee coordinated with the functional forces to force 18 households raising cages to safely ashore; evacuated people in areas at risk of landslides and flooding to safe shelters. In addition, the locality continued to propagate, mobilize, and inspect key areas, islands, and shrimp and fish farming rafts in the commune to ensure safety in the work of preventing and fighting storm No. 13.
