Hiep Duc Commune strives to complete the handover of the National Highway 14E project site by the end of August 2025.

DNO - Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hiep Duc Commune, Le Quang Quynh, said that on the morning of August 13, the commune leaders and representatives of the investor of the National Highway 14E Renovation and Upgrade Project (section km15+270 - km89+700) came to propagate and mobilize some affected households to clear the project site.

According to Hiep Duc Commune Party Secretary Le Quang Quynh, after being propagandized and mobilized by the commune leaders, 3 households basically agreed with the approved compensation and site clearance plan.

Specifically, the households include: Mrs. Tran Thi Thuy (Phuoc Son block), Mr. Le Van Lau (An Dong block), Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh (Binh An block).

According to statistics, up to now, Hiep Duc commune has approved 64 compensation, support and resettlement plans for 1,658 households with a budget of more than 97.6 billion VND; the total land area to be recovered is more than ^272,013m2 .

The locality has 9 households that have had decisions approving and agreeing on compensation and support plans and are waiting to receive money to hand over construction sites; 10 households have been paid but have not yet received it; 4 households have not yet approved compensation and support plans.

Hiep Duc Commune People's Committee said that after decentralizing tasks to the Hiep Duc Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, the commune will organize payment to the above 10 households.

If there are households that do not agree, the locality will continue to mobilize; in cases where the site is deliberately not handed over despite satisfactory resolution, the records will be consolidated to enforce construction.

Mr. Quynh said that the commune will continue to send working groups to each household to propagate and mobilize. The locality strives to complete the handover of the project site by the end of August 2025.
