In Giang Muong village, some households' houses were flooded; the village has evacuated people to other houses, if safety is not guaranteed, they will be evacuated to public places. In Son Thanh village, about 15 households were flooded, water entered their houses more than 1 meter, people were evacuated to the old Khanh Phu commune People's Committee headquarters; the locality proactively prepared food to ensure food for the people.

In addition, many other traffic points of the commune were cut off due to flooding. Warning lines were put up at flooded locations. Suoi Lau overflow bridge, Nga Hai village is at risk of being swept away and there is a landslide near the entrance to Yang Bay tourist area... The water of Cai river and Khe river has risen to the edge of the traffic road. The Commune Civil Defense, Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Command has directed the police force, militia and the commune's shock team to be on duty at flooded and dangerous locations.

Previously, from the evening of November 16, the area of ​​the spillway bridge through Tay Khanh Vinh commune, the spillway bridge at Nga 2 village, Ba Nhap culvert... had high water levels, the commune assigned people to guard, warn and not let people pass.
