Phuc Hoa Commune held a discussion to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the afternoon of July 27, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuc Hoa commune organized a seminar to review traditions, express gratitude, and meet with war invalids, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and people with meritorious services in the area.

Phuc Hoa commune leaders presented gifts to wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and people with revolutionary contributions in the area.

At the seminar, officials, civil servants, families of policy beneficiaries, and people with meritorious services to the revolution in Phuc Hoa commune reviewed the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source” which is the source of morality of the Vietnamese people. The contributions and sacrifices of heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution will forever be engraved in the minds of today’s and future generations.

Over the years, the Party Committee, government and people of the commune have always paid close attention to, and seriously and promptly implemented the regimes and policies of the Party and State for people with meritorious services. At the same time, they have mobilized many social resources to support, give gifts and build houses for families with meritorious services.

On this occasion, the commune presented 223 gifts of gratitude to war invalids, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and people with meritorious services in the area. This is a profound and practical gratitude to encourage families with meritorious services to continue promoting the revolutionary tradition and building an increasingly prosperous homeland.
