Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, Head of Tra Linh Commune Police, said that at around 7 p.m. the same day, the Commune Police promptly discovered the risk of a landslide at the top of Kon Pin (village 2), directly affecting 8 households with 34 people.
The Commune Police leader reported to the Commune People's Committee Chairman and Head of the Commune Civil Defense Command to urgently direct the evacuation of people.
The commune police mobilized 7 officers, soldiers, and grassroots security forces to coordinate with the Commune Military Command, the Commune People's Committee, and local people to urgently evacuate households, property, and household items to a safe place.
