Yen Phong commune enforces site clearance for resettlement project and housing area to return BT project

BAC NINH – On the morning of November 19, Yen Phong commune (Bac Ninh) organized the enforcement of the decision to reclaim agricultural land of 15 households and families in Thuong Thon village to implement the resettlement project of Provincial Road 285B and invest in building a housing area to repay the capital for the project to build the Administrative Center, People's Committee headquarters and the central axis road of Dong Tien commune (formerly) in the form of BT.

The investment project to build a housing area to repay capital for the BT project was implemented in 2017 with an area of ​​14.28 hectares, of which 1.8 hectares are reserved for the resettlement project of provincial road 285B.

Organize enforcement of households that intentionally do not hand over the premises.

During the process of site clearance, most households with land and assets on the recovered land agreed to receive compensation, support, and hand over the land to the investor. However, 15/157 households and families have not received money or handed over land with an area of ​​1.07/14.28 hectares. The commune government and leaders of Thuong Thon village have increased propaganda, mobilization, and organized dialogues on compensation and support policies when reclaiming land for 15 households, families, and related individuals, but have not received consensus.

The construction unit is implementing the erection of fences around the project area.

To ensure the project progress, the Yen Phong Commune Enforcement Committee has organized land reclamation forcibly from the above households. During the enforcement process, the Enforcement Committee has fully implemented the procedures and processes according to the provisions of law, ensuring publicity and absolute safety for people and vehicles participating in the enforcement.

Immediately after the announcement of the enforcement decision, the construction unit proceeded to drive piles, stretch ropes to build a fence around the project area; at the same time, mobilized machinery and means of transport to level the ground to serve the construction of infrastructure for the residential area.
