Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan, Principal of Le Hong Phong Primary School, confirmed that the above image was recorded at the school. The Dak To District Department of Education and Training is investigating.
Ms. Le Thi Kim Lien, Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Dak To district, said that the unit has grasped the information about the incident. According to Ms. Lien, through verification, the photo was taken at Le Hong Phong Primary School. The female student sitting on the teacher's desk area is D.HTV (currently studying at a secondary school in the area). Student V. is the daughter of teacher HTC, a teacher at Le Hong Phong Primary School.

“The Dak To District Department of Education and Training has directed Le Hong Phong Primary School to request teacher HTC to report the incident. After that, the school will have a meeting and send an official report to the Department of Education and Training,” Ms. Lien shared.
Ms. Lien added: "According to regulations, only those with relevant responsibilities are allowed to enter the classroom when the lesson is in progress. However, there are situations that need to be considered objectively."
Upon receiving the information, the People's Committee of Dak To district ( Kon Tum province) also requested the district Department of Education and Training to check and verify the information.
