Develop a Training Program on knowledge and skills on preventing and combating domestic violence and professional expertise, consulting and services on copyright and related rights.

Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to assign the School of Cultural, Sports and Tourism Management to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to develop two professional training programs, including: Program for training in knowledge and skills on preventing and combating domestic violence and Program for training in appraisal, consultancy and services on copyright and related rights.

The compiled programs and documents must comply with the standards for cadres, standards for civil servant ranks, standards for public employee professional titles, standards for leadership and management positions, and practical requirements in each period.

The content of the program and documents must ensure a combination of theory and practice; knowledge, experience and practical skills; integration and interweaving of training programs with similar content; no duplication. The program and documents must be regularly supplemented, updated and improved to suit the actual situation.

The development and appraisal of training programs must comply with the provisions of Decree No. 101/2017/ND-CP dated September 1, 2017 of the Government on training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees; Decree No. 89/2021/ND-CP dated October 18, 2021 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 101/2017/ND-CP dated September 1, 2017 of the Government on training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees; Circular No. 03/2023/TT-BNV dated April 30, 2023 of the Minister of Home Affairs guiding a number of provisions of Decree No. 101/2017/ND-CP dated September 1, 2017 of the Government on training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees and Decree No. 89/2021/ND-CP dated October 18, 2021 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 101/2017/ND-CP of the Government on training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees.

The Board of Members is responsible for organizing the compilation of the Program for training in knowledge and skills on domestic violence prevention and control and the Program for training in appraisal, consultancy and services on copyright and related rights to ensure the prescribed quality and progress, and submit it to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for consideration and approval.
