This place converges all types of tourism with many valuable historical and cultural relics, famous scenic spots, beautiful natural landscapes, such as Cuc Phuong National Park (Ninh Binh); Ben En National Park (Thanh Hoa); Pu Mat National Park (Nghe An) ...; Many national and special national historical and cultural relics such as: Kim Lien - Nam Dan relic site (Nghe An), Truong Bon historical relic site (Nghe An), Hoa Lu ancient capital historical and cultural relic site (Ninh Binh), Lam Kinh historical relic site (Thanh Hoa) ...

Along with that, many World Heritages have been recognized by UNESCO such as: Trang An World Cultural and Natural Heritage (Ninh Binh), Ho Dynasty Citadel World Cultural Heritage (Thanh Hoa), Vi and Giam Folk Songs World Heritage of Nghe Tinh.

Not only famous for its charming scenery and beautiful nature, Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa - Nghe An are also lands rich in traditional cultural and historical values ​​with many songs, dances and music melodies that are both imbued with national cultural identity and rich in their own nuances such as Song Ma folk songs, Dong Anh folk songs (Thanh Hoa); Vi and Giam songs (Nghe An), Cheo songs, Xam songs (Ninh Binh), Hoa Lu capital (Ninh Binh), Lam Kinh historical relic site (Thanh Hoa), etc.

With potential and advantages of diverse natural and human tourism resources, Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa - Nghe An is becoming a bridge between tourist regions in the country, promoting the smokeless industry of the whole country to develop in a green and sustainable direction.

According to Ms. Vuong Thi Hai Yen, sustainable tourism and green tourism are becoming an inevitable trend globally, not only helping to protect the environment but also bringing long-term economic and social values.

In 2025, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An will continue to coordinate to organize the Tourism Promotion Conference to boost the effectiveness of exploiting the provinces' linked tours, contributing to positioning the tourism brand and attracting domestic and international visitors.

In recent years, tourism development cooperation activities between the three provinces have been increasingly focused on, especially in coordinating the promotion of typical tourism products as well as new tourism products.

Notably, many tours have been exploited and continued to be developed such as the community tourism discovery program in Western Nghe An, Pu Mat National Park - connecting with Ben En National Park Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh - Hanoi - Northwestern provinces tourism; connecting Northwestern tourism with Nghe An via Ho Chi Minh trail and National Highway 1A; unique tours of the region connecting through ancient Vietnamese capitals (Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Ho Dynasty Citadel and Quang Trung King Temple) ...

Ms. Vuong Thi Hai Yen said that the Tourism Promotion Conference with the theme "Nghe An - Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh: Green Tourism Journey" aims to build the tourism image of the three provinces through linking into a green tourism journey; promote cooperation activities, link promotion, build, position the market, introduce the tourism stimulus program in 2025 to the northern provinces; at the same time, it is an important opportunity for us to discuss, exchange experiences, find effective solutions to improve the quality of tourism products, expand cooperation, attract investment and promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry of the three provinces.

Ms. Vuong Thi Hai Yen expressed her hope that through activities of introducing, connecting businesses and sharing information, the Conference will create new opportunities, contributing to bringing tourism in Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An to a new level.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration Ha Van Sieu said that the Vietnam National Tourism Administration highly appreciated the initiative to organize a conference to promote tourism in the three provinces of Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa - Nghe An: "Green Tourism Journey".

This is an opportunity for localities to share visions, strategic directions, and strengthen connections not only in terms of products and infrastructure, but also in terms of communication, promotion, and human resource training for the industry. From the foundation of connecting three localities, we can gradually expand the green tourism cooperation network across the country.

According to Mr. Ha Van Sieu, developing green tourism cannot be separated from the companionship of the entire ecosystem from the government, businesses, people to tourists. The Vietnam National Tourism Administration will continue to accompany and support localities in building policies, developing products, connecting markets, as well as promoting communication to spread the message of a Vietnam - a green, friendly and sustainable destination.
