News from the Department of Education and Training said that the unit is focusing on implementing the work of building and guiding educational institutions and localities to implement teaching local education content (LDDP) suitable to reality.

Accordingly, the local educational materials used in general education institutions in Dak Lak province are the sets of documents approved by the Ministry of Education and Training from grade 1 to grade 12 for the two provinces of Dak Lak and Phu Yen before the merger. General education institutions direct professional teams to carefully study the local education content of classes and levels to develop an educational plan suitable to the reality of the unit.

The process of testing and evaluating the content of local education is carried out at each level of education. Primary education institutions flexibly implement the process of testing and evaluating the content of local education, without causing pressure or overload for students.

Secondary schools (junior high schools, high schools) conduct tests and assessments according to Circular No. 22/2021/TT-BGDDT dated July 20, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training on the assessment of junior high school and high school students. Teachers teaching a subject conduct regular tests and assessments for that subject. Periodic tests and assessments are developed in accordance with the practical conditions of the unit; the test and assessment content includes the content of the topics taught up to the time of test and assessment.

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Vo Thi Minh Duyen said that to ensure consistency in the implementation of the content of local education, the Department of Education and Training has issued a document guiding the organization of teaching and learning of local education content in the 2025-2026 school year; at the same time, organizing training courses for each level of education, with specific testing and assessment instructions to help students form core competencies and necessary qualities such as patriotism, compassion, diligence, responsibility, etc.
