The report at the conference said that after the launching ceremony, the People's Committee of the commune directed agencies, units, villages and hamlets to sign a commitment to implement the contents of "Digital Education for All", and at the same time, deploy many practical activities to spread the spirit of digital transformation to all classes of people.

After 100 days of launching the movement, many outstanding results have been achieved: over 2,000 people were supported to install the Dak Lak Digital application, more than 300 people installed digital signatures.
The commune police force guided people to install level 2 electronic identification, reaching over 85.8% of the population, of which over 82% regularly used the VneID application; 24/24 villages and hamlets established community digital technology teams, reaching 100% of the target. Over 9,000 people of adult age were supported to access digital applications, reaching 38% of the adult population, exceeding the set target; 10 business households in the commune were supported to register the national domain name .biz.vn.

The Commune People's Committee also coordinated with VNPT Dak Lak to organize 2 training courses, "hand-holding" for the youth union and community digital technology team, and launched the movement "each cadre, civil servant, and union member is a propagandist of "Digital Education for the People" to support people in installing and using digital platforms and online public services.
Propaganda work is promoted in many forms: posting guidance information on the commune's electronic information portal, social networks, and grassroots broadcasting systems; creating instructional videos, and setting up Zalo groups to disseminate the movement's content to each household. In addition, the movement is also integrated into extracurricular activities at school, helping students become an active support force in popularizing digital skills for their families and communities.
Despite many positive results, the implementation of the movement still faces some difficulties such as: limited digital skills of core forces at the grassroots level; unsynchronized network infrastructure; people are still hesitant to use new applications; and limited funding for the movement.

In the coming time, the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune will continue to promote propaganda and support people to register and use personal digital signatures in performing online administrative procedures; improve digital capacity for officials, civil servants and the community; promote the role of community digital technology teams; and at the same time, strengthen the responsibility of leaders in digital transformation and the "Digital Education for All" movement.
Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council Nghiem Van Chuan emphasized that the work of digital transformation must take the satisfaction of people and businesses as a measure of success in the process of implementing the movement. All activities must aim at serving the people better and better, helping people see the benefits clearly and businesses have more advantages in production and business.
Comrade Nghiem Van Chuan also requested departments, unions, and socio-political organizations to continue promoting propaganda work, diversifying forms of communication, helping people understand that digital transformation is a practical tool for life, production, and management. Departments, unions, and organizations, especially community digital technology groups, need to continue to "hold hands and show how" people, especially the elderly and ethnic minorities, to ensure that everyone has access to, learn from, and use digital technology. Strengthen digital skills training for officials and civil servants, so that each person is truly a propagandist, a nucleus to spread the spirit of "Digital literacy for the people". Continue to coordinate with telecommunications enterprises to complete digital infrastructure, support people and businesses to register, use digital signatures, electronic transactions, and online public services.
