On the morning of August 6, the Tan Trao Commune Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were comrades: Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Quang Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leading delegates from the Provincial Party Committee's committees, some departments and branches of the province. Attending the Congress were 118 delegates representing over 750 party members of the entire Party Committee.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Commune Party Committee strives to achieve a number of key targets: Local budget revenue reaches 2 billion VND; total grain output reaches over 7,000 tons; attracts over 28,000 guests to stay in the area; average income per capita reaches 97 million VND/year; maintains universal preschool education standards for 5-year-old children, national health standards; trained labor rate reaches over 80%; reduces 3% of poor households; forest coverage rate reaches over 60%; over 90% of party organizations and party members complete their tasks well or better...

The Party Committee of the commune identified 2 breakthroughs, 3 key tasks and 21 main tasks to lead the implementation of tasks during the term.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, speaking at the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Son acknowledged, congratulated and commended the comprehensive results in all fields that the Commune Party Committee achieved in the past term, improving people's lives, contributing to the overall development of the province.

He emphasized that Tan Trao has an important position, being the center of the Capital of the Liberation Zone, the Capital of the Resistance War, witnessing many important events of the nation. In the new term, the Commune Party Committee is facing many new opportunities, but also new challenges, so the Commune Party Committee needs to be determined, aspirational, self-reliant and self-reliant to rise up; leaders need to exploit cultural and historical values, convenient transportation to develop tourism . Along with that, it is necessary to take care of investors to promote advantages; have local products to attract and promote to tourists.

In addition, the Party Committee of the commune needs to pay comprehensive attention to all socio-cultural fields, improve spiritual life, respect community cultural values, take care of people's health; preserve cultural identity; pay attention to policies to ensure social security, people with meritorious services, reduce poverty; enhance the responsibility of the government, promote administrative reform, build a government close to the people to solve difficulties for the people; focus on ensuring national defense and security, maintaining political security, social order and safety, not allowing insecurity and disorder to occur in the locality.

The Congress announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee appointing the Party Committee, Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Deputy Party Secretary, and Party Inspection Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term; and appointing delegates to attend the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Giang Tuan Anh was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary of the commune for the first time, term 2025-2030.
