According to initial information, at around 5am the same day, a Thanh Hoa license plate truck carrying watermelons collided with a sleeper bus while passing through the intersection of Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard and Le Nin Boulevard. The collision caused the truck to overturn, injuring 3 people on board, and watermelons rolled out of the truck onto the road.
