On June 23, Loc Ninh District Police ( Binh Phuoc ) worked with TVH (29 years old, residing in Loc Ninh District) about posting false content on the social network TikTok.
Before that, after drinking with friends, TVH rode a motorbike from Loc Thai commune to Loc Dien commune. When arriving at Cau Do area in Loc Thai commune, H. was stopped by Loc Ninh District Police to check his alcohol concentration. While the police were making a record of the alcohol concentration violation, H. took out his phone to record and post it on his TikTok social media account with false content, insulting the Loc Ninh District Police force.

At the police station, H. admitted his violation, voluntarily removed the post and pledged not to re-offend. Loc Ninh District Police have filed a case against H. according to regulations.

On the same day (June 23), the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (PA05), Binh Duong Provincial Police issued a decision to fine NTD (34 years old) for posting a clip that was edited and not true, causing public confusion.
According to the police, regarding the incident in which a group of people used weapons to attack the headquarters of a state agency in Dak Lak province on June 11, NTD used the TikTok social network account to post a video clip with untrue images. Through verification, the police determined that these were images edited from other events, causing panic among the people as well as causing bad public opinion on the internet.
NTD admitted his wrongdoing and pledged not to repeat the offense. The police requested D. to remove the untrue content.
